What’s the Difference Between
Thermage FLX & CPT?

Recently, Solta Medical released an updated version of Thermage called Thermage FLX, which is certainly an improvement over the previous version, namely Thermage CPT. What are the advantages?

There are at least 5 advantages of the 4th generation Thermage (Thermage FLX) compared to the 3rd generation, namely:

(?) The tip (the tip of the handpiece ) is 33% larger.;Previously it was 3 x 3 = 9 cm;, while the newest one was 4 x 4 = 16 cm;In comparison, 600 shots of Thermage FLX are the same as 900 shots from Thermage CPT.

(?) Equipped with automatic energy adjustment technology so that the energy transfer process becomes more accurate, because the strength of the energy that is flowed is constant as strong as each area.

(?) Has better pain control, namely with radiofrequency technology and cooling burst cooling which is more effective, so that patients feel more comfortable because the pain is very minimal.

(?) The refrigerant gas used is environmentally friendly. This point may not be very beneficial for patients, but it can help improve environmental sustainability. The cooling gas, which used to be the culprit of environmental pollution, has resulted in producers trying to fix it.

(?) Up to 25% faster treatment time. The size of the tip is larger and the pain is less likely to make the process run shorter and after that the patient can resume activities immediately.
